1800 K Street, a commercial office building in downtown Washington, DC, needed a major retrofit while remaining occupied. Working with MCW Solutions, the team sought to modernize the 44-year-old, 200,000-square-foot property with audiovisual and managed services support as part of a broader $40 million renovation.

MCW Solutions designed and installed a custom 8mm LED digital banner on the building’s exterior and a mosaic LED display solution in the lobby, both integrated into the renovated architecture. The installations delivered striking digital signage, news, weather, and creative content, enhancing the building’s visual identity and amenity experience; the project value was $770,000.
