TravelCenters of America, the largest full-service travel center company in the U.S., partnered with MCPc to refresh 1,100 point-of-sale units across 174 locations in just one week. The challenge was to complete the rollout overnight, between midnight and 6:00 AM, while minimizing disruption to store operations.

MCPc delivered an end-to-end deployment using its SkyPark Technology Logistics Center to pre-stage, configure, kit, tag, and ship all hardware ahead of time, then coordinated five onsite installation teams for after-hours installation. MCPc also removed and returned the old POS equipment for data erasure and leasing reconciliation, enabling a seamless nationwide rollout with continuity of service and minimal business impact.
