A large international law firm headquartered in Cleveland partnered with MCPc to modernize its global Citrix virtualization environment for more than 2,500 lawyers across six continents. The firm needed better performance for 2,000 concurrent users, secure mobile access to its document management system, and a way to segment corporate-owned and BYO devices to simplify compliance management.

MCPc rebuilt the firm’s global Citrix infrastructure side by side with the existing environment, allowing a seamless cutover with no front-end disruption and no service interruption as six global data centers were transitioned one by one. The solution improved secure access to the document management system, supported continuing education delivery, and gave the law firm a more scalable, easier-to-administer environment, while MCPc continues to provide ongoing support and virtualization expertise.
