Increase Pace And Lower Costs On M&A Integrations

University Hospitals, a nationally recognized healthcare system and teaching and research center in Cleveland, needed a faster, lower-cost way to manage mergers and acquisitions integrations and annual technology refreshes. To address these challenges, University Hospitals turned to MCPc for a secure, standardized PC lifecycle management and deployment approach that could improve order delivery, reduce desk-side work, and strengthen compliance and end-user support.

MCPc became an extension of the UH IT team, providing an on-demand procurement portal, next-day delivery, SCCM-based imaging support, onsite engineering, desk-side deployment, Tier II support, and HIPAA-compliant workstation processes. The solution helped University Hospitals cut order process delivery from 45 days to 7 days, support around 7,000 annual device refreshes, improve integration of new hospitals, and increase end-user satisfaction through better responsiveness and service quality.
