FedEx, a global logistics and supply chain provider serving customers in more than 220 countries, turned to MCPc to simplify the procurement, provisioning, staging, kitting, and repair of more than 15,000 shipping-system components per week. The challenge was to personalize each system for customer locations, meet next-business-day service levels, and scale to handle seasonal demand.

MCPc designed high-velocity work streams, expanded warehouse and configuration capacity, and launched an automated facility in Erlanger, Kentucky to support FedEx’s growing needs. MCPc also integrated with FedEx internal systems in real time, helped source and negotiate components from more than 10 suppliers, and repaired and extended component life, ultimately saving FedEx millions of dollars in hardware acquisition costs while improving reliability, scalability, and service performance.
