Amway, a Michigan-based health, beauty and homecare company operating in more than 100 countries, partnered with MCPc to address rising IT costs, improve efficiency, and build a stronger disaster-recovery approach. The solution streamlined operations, improved customer satisfaction and accountability, integrated with Amway’s existing service desk systems, and added reporting through scorecards and Pareto charts; MCPc also delivered flexible leasing and penalty-based SLAs to support measurable service improvements.
