International Nonprofit Organization partnered with McKinley Marketing Partners to support a global four-day event in Geneva, Switzerland, including a two-day conference, gala dinner, and hall of fame induction ceremony. With only 90 days to plan and a lean internal team, the organization needed help with event marketing management, project timelines, resource planning, and coordination across staff, vendors, and venues.

McKinley Marketing Partners placed an experienced marketing consultant who established the Hall of Fame brand, led remote participation planning, implemented the EventMobi mobile app, and managed the post-conference satisfaction survey. The results were strong: 12 remote hub locations and more than 1,300 unique remote sign-ins, over 90% of on-site attendees using the app, 3,000+ app pageviews, and a 97% “Very Satisfied” survey rating with more than 90% saying they would attend future events.
