International Lodging Company worked with McKinley Marketing Partners to support a new gift card payment program across five of its ten U.S. lodging brands. The company needed an Interim Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave and to manage internal communications, franchisee education, and coordination with IT and the gift card partner.

McKinley Marketing Partners provided an Interim Marketing Manager who created and executed a communications plan for more than 2,500 franchisees, using direct mail, fax, the company website, training sessions, and events. The consultant also helped build the payment and reimbursement process with IT and later supported consumer promotion and loyalty program integration, resulting in nearly $2 million in gift card sales in the first 18 months.
