Australia’s Loop Technology Updates its Managed SIEM Service Based on McAfee Solutions

Loop Technology, a Sydney-based security MSP serving more than 180 clients across Australia and managing over 25,000 endpoints, needed to keep expanding its managed security services to meet rapidly growing demand. Working with McAfee, the company looked to strengthen and scale its managed SIEM offering using McAfee Enterprise Security Manager and the broader McAfee security portfolio.

McAfee helped Loop Technology build a more integrated, automated managed security service centered on McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Enterprise Security Manager, and related protections. The solution improved reporting, policy deployment, and threat response, allowing Loop to go from bare metal to fully compliant machines in hours instead of days or weeks, while also providing richer security data for compliance audits and a stronger overall security posture.
