Halodoc, an Indonesian digital healthcare app, wanted to increase market penetration by driving more transactions and more first-time users in a traditional healthcare market where access to care can be difficult. To support this goal, M&C Saatchi Performance worked with Halodoc alongside AppsFlyer, helping the company shift focus from cost per transaction to customer acquisition and better understand user behavior over time.

M&C Saatchi Performance recommended using AppsFlyer’s Cohort Report to track engagement and ROI, and Protect360 to detect and remove ad fraud. As a result, Halodoc saw first-time consultations driven by digital marketing rise from 40% to 57% in Q4 2019, a 71% increase, while total consultations increased 19% and fraud levels dropped from 16% to 1.3%, saving 30% of the digital marketing budget from fraudulent sources.
