M&C Saatchi Performance helped GrabFood, Grab’s food delivery service in Singapore, tackle a major challenge during the pandemic: bringing traditional hawker stalls online while also changing consumer perceptions that app-based ordering would be more expensive or offer less variety.
M&C Saatchi Performance created an integrated campaign using DOOH, programmatic, social, YouTube, and OTT, combining awareness messaging with retargeting to drive sales. The campaign onboarded 50 hawker centres onto GrabFood, generated 4.5 million offline views and 2.9 million online reach, and helped increase sales by 65%, with an overall online VIR of 35.7% and 0.7% CTR.
