Muzzy Lane faced the challenge of scaling realistic, engaging practice for supply chain students so they could apply classroom concepts and be job-ready for co-op placements. To solve this, Muzzy Lane partnered with McGraw Hill to build a customized, game-based learning tool—Practice Operations (aka “The Game”)—that could be embedded into courses without overhauling existing curriculum.

McGraw Hill delivered Practice Operations through McGraw-Hill Connect in collaboration with Muzzy Lane, putting students in the role of an operations manager across team-based modules. The result was higher engagement, stronger critical-thinking and teamwork, and overwhelmingly positive student feedback that they felt better prepared for internships and careers—outcomes McGraw Hill cites as evidence of improved real-world readiness.
