RTBF uses Mbrella as part of their ecological transition programme

RTBF, a Belgian public broadcaster, sought to reduce its carbon emissions as part of its ecological transition program, Impact ON. A key challenge was motivating employees to choose sustainable commuting options over private car use and finding an efficient way to manage and reimburse these new mobility allowances, which they addressed by implementing Mbrella.

Mbrella provided a platform to calculate and reimburse bike mileage allowances and public transport subscriptions, replacing a manual Excel-based process. This solution automated reimbursements and provided a transparent, easy-to-use commute planner for employees, encouraging a shift to soft mobility. As a result, Mbrella helped RTBF streamline the management of its mobility policy and make significant progress toward its goal of lowering the company's carbon emissions.
