Under CPO Antoine Fabre, the product team leverages Maze — specifically Maze tests of high‑fidelity prototypes — to avoid shipping features that don’t work for freelancers and to speed up the design-to-development flow.
Using Maze to run quick, realistic tests on prototypes (notably the Billing page), the team discovered design flaws early — some tests returned unsuccessful results that prevented them from moving into costly development. Maze enabled more frequent, low‑strain testing, easier iteration thanks to an established design system, and greater confidence in releases, helping crème de la crème reduce the risk of rework and build features that better meet user needs.
