Leading Insurance Company needed to move stateful workloads to Kubernetes across on‑premises Azure-connected environments and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) while avoiding vendor lock-in and minimizing platform-specific CI/CD work. They faced Azure storage limits (managed disk CPU:disk scaling, Azure File constraints, and attach/detach errors) and wanted a consistent storage layer.
