Hannah Food Service, a family-run food service specialist, wanted to strengthen its customer service while supporting nationwide growth. To do this, it selected Maxoptra’s cloud-based route optimisation and scheduling software, Maxoptra Distribution, to better plan deliveries for its fleet of 19 vehicles and manage more than 100,000 temperature-controlled deliveries a year.
Maxoptra implemented real-time dynamic scheduling and planned-versus-actual tracking, integrating with Hannah Food Service’s TomTom telematics and SAP CRM systems. The solution is expected to improve fleet utilisation, reduce mileage, control costs, react to changing delivery requirements, and provide a stronger foundation for ongoing business expansion.
