Nomique Seating, a British designer and manufacturer of contract workplace furniture, needed to improve delivery planning, warehouse efficiency, and customer communications while staying true to its customer-service and sustainability values. The solution also gave Nomique better visibility of its mobile operation through real-time notifications and delivery updates, helping keep customers informed in advance and on the day of delivery, while reducing on-site delivery time and improving service levels.
