Flowervision London, a leading trade-only flower wholesaler in London, needed a better way to manage growing order volumes, route planning, and customer service as it expanded into new locations. Its manual, pen-and-paper planning process was no longer sufficient, and it also wanted scheduling and routing technology that would integrate with its existing TomTom Webfleet setup.

Maxoptra provided a web-based scheduling and routing solution that let Flowervision build loads, visualize and adjust routes, and send manifests directly to drivers’ TomTom PRO devices. The system also returned real-time driver data for tracking and reporting, helping Flowervision improve proactive customer updates, reduce driver input time by about 20 minutes per day per driver, and scale operations more efficiently.
