zLinq keeps its UX/UI partnership active more than a year with Maxiom Technology

The customer, zLinq, a telecom lifecycle platform provider, faced the challenge of designing a SaaS dashboard for its enterprise product. Their existing dashboard needed to show complex data like assets and savings without appearing as a spreadsheet. zLinq's CTO engaged Maxiom Technology to create an enterprise UX with operational workflows and a design language that engineers could build.

Maxiom Technology implemented a solution where a Lead Designer worked directly in Figma with the zLinq team. They began with a UI proof of concept and then delivered a full dashboard redesign, including data widgets, an activity feed, and a new navigation. The engagement was successful, with the initial proof of concept being very well received. As a result, Maxiom Technology remained the design partner over a year later, moving on to the next phase of the same product.
