MaxinAI implemented a computer vision and OCR-based solution to automatically classify nutrition labels, extract key product data, and compare ingredients against regulatory rules. The system used custom machine learning models, Google OCR, and AWS Textract to deliver a structured UI and scalable API, resulting in faster, more accurate data extraction and compliance confirmation with significantly less manual work.
