Case Study: Pfizer improves Hispanic cardiovascular health outreach with Maximo Branding

A Maximo Branding Case Study

Pfizer drives Hispanic CVD outreach with Maximo Branding’s kit and follow-up materials

Maximo Branding partnered with Pfizer to address the challenge of improving cardiovascular disease (CVD) screening, diagnosis, and treatment within the Hispanic patient community. A key goal was to reduce the healthcare gap between Hispanic patients and non-Hispanic whites, which was exacerbated by language barriers and a lack of culturally relevant educational materials for patients and non-physician advocates (NPAs).

The solution implemented by Maximo Branding was the creation of a direct mail kit for the VidaSana program. This kit provided bilingual, culturally relevant materials designed to open dialogue between patients and doctors, introduce the program, and intrigue NPAs to become advocates. The campaign was so successful that it created immediate demand for a second kit with additional tools. As a result, Maximo Branding helped move patients towards proactive wellness checks and generated significant interest from both NPAs and Pfizer's field representatives.
