Meta is a Rome-based commercial agency founded in 2011 to promote Telecom Italia’s products, growing rapidly by signing roughly 1,000 new customers per quarter. That volume overwhelmed its Excel-based processes, leaving the team unable to manage calls and appointments effectively or to access structured customer data needed for targeted sales and prospect follow-up.
Meta implemented Maximizer CRM for its user-friendly interface, easy customization and mobile access, rolling the system out to about 70 daily users across agents, back office and call centre teams. The CRM streamlined call and appointment management, enabled pipeline tracking and targeted pitches, increased productivity (now arranging meetings every four minutes for ~40 agents), and did so with minimal training and IT overhead.
