The Recruiters Network (TRN), a South African recruitment consultancy founded by Amanda Dreyer and Megan Davids to serve the financial sector, was hampered by an unstable, limited Outlook® database that froze frequently, took up to an hour for searches and couldn’t handle the multiple-choice fields needed for accurate candidate coding — causing user frustration and jeopardizing client deliverables.
Working with Camsoft Solutions, TRN implemented Maximizer CRM (upgraded to v12) to provide a centralized database with Outlook® and LinkedIn® integration, templates that auto-generate documents and pull candidate data, and strict user restrictions. The system delivered instantaneous, more accurate searches, boosted productivity and customer service, added security, and saved roughly 40 minutes per candidate, leading to faster placements and increased revenue.
