Introstat, a leading managed IT solutions provider in South Africa, needed a better way to manage customer data and collaboration across its Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban offices. Using an older version of Maximizer CRM, the company struggled with separate databases, inconsistent data, and slow quoting processes that made it harder to serve customers quickly and efficiently.

Working with Maximizer CRM and partner Camsoft Solutions, Introstat moved to Maximizer’s cloud platform and created a centralized CRM tailored to its workflows. The upgrade merged three databases into one, improved reporting and performance tracking, and added a quoting module with live supplier pricing and stock data, cutting quote preparation time by more than half and improving collaboration across the business.
