Forest Enterprises Ltd (FEL) is a 12-person forestry advisory and management firm founded in 1990 that manages 14,000 hectares across Ireland and Scotland. FEL faced the challenge of running the entire forest management lifecycle—from marketing and sales through planning, planting, thinning and sale—using spreadsheets and paper backups, which made organising emails and documents by site and sharing up-to-date information with remote foresters difficult and inefficient.

In July 2009 FEL implemented Maximizer CRM with a staged rollout, mobile and web access, and customisation (KPIs and mapping integration) to match their workflows. The system delivered real-time data flow, dashboards and reports for deep analysis, higher staff adoption, easier field updates and measurable efficiency gains—becoming an indispensable tool that improved process organisation and business insight.
