CCI Technology Solutions, a South African IT infrastructure specialist serving clients from small businesses to major corporates, was struggling with a growing, disparate customer database and duplicated work. Although it used Maximizer CRM to track sales, project details and job-costing were managed separately in its accounting system, forcing staff to re-enter information and limiting management visibility.
CCI upgraded to Maximizer CRM 12 Enterprise and built an integration interface to its accounting/job-costing system so sales, invoicing and cost data flow automatically between systems. The centralized CRM now supports better reporting, job-costing and profitability analysis, eliminates double entry, speeds document generation (saving roughly 40 minutes per document), improves customer service and productivity, and positions the company to roll out mobile field access.
