Campus Manitoba, a consortium of Manitoba’s public post-secondary institutions that promotes accessible education, needed a better way to track students who register for courses at one school while enrolled at another. They wanted online registration form data automatically attached to individual records in their CRM and the ability to create new contact records when a student didn’t already exist.

Using Maximizer CRM with targeted customizations, web form inputs are now automatically captured and used to update or create student contact records, and dashboards visualize Letters of Permission across seven institutions. The result is a single, centralized student record repository, elimination of manual data entry, improved visibility and reporting, and increased productivity for Virtual Help Desk staff.
