Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), a leading motorsports venue, was struggling with fragmented customer data in multiple spreadsheets and a high volume of incoming requests. BIC needed a centralised system to create a single customer view, improve coordination across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, and boost revenue from sponsorships, ticketing and facility rentals.

BIC selected and implemented Maximizer CRM (rolled out in three months with partner Gnet and later upgraded), integrating it with their ENTA ticketing system and using sales, marketing and service modules plus customer segmentation and marketing automation. The result was a unified contact database, faster reporting, improved customer-service efficiency, a larger sponsorship and ticket-sales pipeline, more targeted campaigns that increased revenue, and plans to extend mobile access for the sales team.
