MaxBill migrated isolated subsidiary databases into a single, multi-tenant instance, delivered CRM segmentation, rating, billing, invoicing, self-care and order/ticketing capabilities, and enabled Integrio to operate and customize the platform independently. As a result, Integrio achieved greater operational flexibility, better cost control and the ability to design competitive bundled offers and scale its B2B Business-Process-as-a-Service model to onboard more providers while automating mission-critical processes.
