MaxBill implemented a centralized, multi-tenant MaxBill solution with independent hosting so each municipality gets a separate database managed from a single instance. The deployment consolidated scattered systems, lowered IT costs, enabled a managed-service revenue model and supported migrations to additional municipalities — starting with integration for the City of Belgrade (1.4M residents) — while accelerating service rollout and scalability.
