Caiway, a leading Dutch triple-play (TV, Internet, telephony) service provider, faced fragmented customer databases and separate billing systems for each service line that slowed service delivery and prevented offering bundled packages. To address rapid customer growth and geographic expansion, Caiway engaged MaxBill and its billing/service management solution to replace manual processes and integrate their product portfolio.

MaxBill implemented a centralized billing and service management platform with automated business processes and a product catalogue that lets Caiway create flexible, targeted service bundles and automate area-wide migrations (including FTTH rollouts). As a result, Caiway consolidated operations, accelerated service delivery, improved customer targeting, expanded offerings, and now serves some 143,000 subscribers (including 75,000 Internet and 28,000 VoIP customers); the MaxBill solution was also adopted across the DELTA Fiber Netherlands group.
