The existing workflow for UB 92 and HCFA 1500 forms was highly manual and inefficient, with trained operators opening envelopes, sorting transactions into 15 types, and handling complex RTP returns and downstream scanning and extraction tasks.

Mavro Imaging implemented a One-Touch capture and scanning solution using OPEX AS7200i and AS3690i scanners, along with Mavro software for automatic classification, virtual batching, RTP handling, and image reformating for the SunGard RRI system.
