Comarch SA, a global software house, faced the challenge of standardizing marketing efforts across its multiple departments to ensure customers received consistent messaging. To overcome this, they sought a marketing automation tool that could be easily integrated with their internal systems and allow for data storage on their own servers, leading them to choose Mautic.
Mautic was implemented and heavily customized by Comarch's developers to meet their specific needs. The solution was integrated with corporate CRM, CMS, and other internal systems, becoming a central part of their marketing operations. As a result, Mautic is now widely used across marketing departments, and Comarch has become an active sponsor and contributor to the Mautic project, with four developers dedicated to its ongoing development.
