Oose, an IT training company and consultancy in Hamburg, needed a better way to coordinate distributed work, reduce meetings, and avoid inefficient email-based support as it explored building online communities and managing internal collaboration. With Mattermost, Oose now has 40 active users across 130 public channels and 100 private channels, has produced more than 60,000 posts, streamlined onboarding, reduced reliance on email, and improved transparency and productivity.
