MedinCell, a pharmaceutical company based in Montpellier, France, needed a secure and efficient way to support collaboration across research, IT, and cross-functional teams. The platform helped teams manage more than 1,000 channels, support nearly 200 users, and maintain over 2 million messages while keeping collaboration fast, searchable, and secure. As a result, MedinCell transitioned to remote work with almost no disruption and continues to expand its use of Mattermost for incident collaboration and more complex workflows.
