The company struggled with crowded call bridges, limited screen-sharing, and growing communication complexity as it expanded, and turned to Mattermost to regain control over internal collaboration.
With Mattermost, Anexia consolidated workflows into a single workspace, replacing notification emails with webhooks, integrating Jira, and evaluating the Apps Framework, Playbooks, and Mattermost Calls. The result was less context switching, reduced noise, faster incident handling, and broader adoption of native calling and screen sharing, with almost all of the customer’s daily calls shifting from Microsoft Teams to Mattermost Calls.
