Auronix, a communications platform in Mexico, wanted to shift its recognition culture from a top-down approach to a more open 360-degree peer-to-peer model. To support that change, the company adopted Matter’s kudos and analytics features so employees could give meaningful feedback tied to company values.

With Matter, Auronix launched monthly “Values of the Month” initiatives that encouraged teammates to recognize coworkers who embodied a chosen value, with the most recognized employee receiving an award. The program strengthened recognition across the company, supported cultural celebrations like end-of-year awards, and became so embedded in daily work that employees quickly noticed when Matter was accidentally removed from Slack and asked for it back.
