Case Study: Enterprise Community Partners amplifies renter housing insecurity with Matter Unlimited

A Matter Unlimited Case Study

Enterprise Community Partners drives 22M+ impressions with Matter Unlimited

Enterprise Community Partners, a major non-profit in the U.S. housing sector, faced the challenge of raising public awareness about the rental housing crisis, an issue affecting 11 million families but receiving little public discussion. They enlisted the vendor Matter Unlimited to create a campaign that would engage new audiences and inspire policy dialogue.

Matter Unlimited created a new initiative called Make Room, which included a brand identity and the "Concerts for the 1st" content series. This campaign featured musical performances in the homes of families facing housing insecurity, generating significant media coverage and public engagement. The results were substantial, including over 54,000 pledges, 22 million impressions, $90,000 raised for families, and a 36.4% lift in awareness. The initiative gained so much momentum that it became its own independent non-profit.
