SV Schweiz, the Swiss arm of the SV Group catering and hotel management business, needed to replace a decentralized, email-driven HR workflow with an automated system to speed up processing and improve transparency. Matrix42 implemented and helped SV Schweiz map 40 HR processes into Service Management, enabling an eight-person HR Services team to handle about 2,000 HR tickets a month with greater speed, standardization and transparency, plus a single point of contact for establishments.
