RENA Technologies, a machinery and systems engineering firm with about 700 employees and roughly 600 client endpoints across seven international sites, faced an urgent need for consistent, reliable software and OS delivery after its legacy endpoint tool became obsolete. The new Matrix42 solution enabled RENA to install CAD machines, including Windows updates, in about three hours instead of three days, drove user acceptance to 100%, and left the in‑house team able to manage day‑to‑day administration with minimal external support (likely under ten on‑site days per year).
