Habau Group, a construction conglomerate with €1.75 billion in turnover and about 6,000 employees across 18 companies in 20+ countries, faced limits with a 2010 in‑house IT tool that lacked interfaces and automation. The company needed to automate asset, service and process management, unify three IT departments, and enable integration with third‑party systems — and chose Matrix42 to meet those requirements.

Matrix42 implemented its Digital Workspace Management solution, including the Digital Workspace Platform, Secure Unified Endpoint Management and the Enterprise Service Management Suite, in a phased rollout (with partner Consulting4IT). The integrated platform connected service catalog, asset management and service desk so 3,000 employees can order hardware, software and services via a self‑service portal; three administrators now manage the tool for ~40 IT staff across three departments, delivering automated deployments, faster processing, lower costs and greater transparency.
