EPOCH Senior Living, which operates 16 senior living communities across New England and Westchester NY, was slowed by a legacy data aggregator tool, fragmented data silos, and manual reporting. The company needed better access to KPI data for staffing, sales, occupancy, and demand generation, and its reports could take up to a month to process.

Working with Amplify, EPOCH built multiple data pipelines using Snowflake and Matillion’s Data Productivity Cloud, with PowerBI for reporting. Matillion helped eliminate data silos, connect more than 7 disparate systems, and provide near real-time access to insights across 16 business centers, while also improving staffing efficiency and marketing attribution.
