Brightcove, the leading video cloud service provider, needed to consolidate massive quantities of data from CRM, ERP and usage systems to support sales operations dashboards and enhance customer experience while keeping infrastructure cloud-based and simple. After researching on AWS Marketplace, Brightcove chose Matillion and its Matillion ETL for Amazon Redshift for its Redshift-specific, cloud-native approach and easy purchase and onboarding.

Matillion enabled Brightcove to quickly load and transform data into Amazon Redshift—integrating 17 Salesforce objects with daily change capture, incorporating S3 flows and populating Redshift within weeks, becoming production-ready before the two-week trial ended. Using Matillion ETL for Amazon Redshift reduced manual processes, delivered daily dashboards for sales, support and executives, enabled nightly S3 backups, and provided blended datasets for targeted customer insights, materially improving analytics speed and operational efficiency.
