To solve this, Engage3 turned to Matillion, using Matillion Data Loader Change Data Capture (Matillion CDC) alongside Matillion ETL to automate no‑code, secure data ingestion and transformation.

Matillion CDC reads PostgreSQL change logs and streams events into Engage3’s data lake (AVRO), while Matillion ETL transforms and loads analytics‑ready data into Snowflake in near real time. The Matillion solution replicates 26 tables (five updating 100–500 million rows/day), cut data ingestion from hours to minutes, and delivered a 95% reduction in time to make new insights available downstream, all while keeping credentials and processing inside Engage3’s private cloud.
