Toelevering Online, a Dutch e-commerce company selling custom-made window frames, was relying on manual data work before it adopted Matillion. Data was pulled from WooCommerce into Excel pivot tables by a single employee, while different managers had to gather numbers from separate systems, making insights inconsistent, slow, and unavailable when that person was out.

Working with Matillion, along with Snowflake and Tableau, Toelevering Online built a centralized data platform from scratch and automated its ELT processes. The company now refreshes data daily, 70–80% of key business decisions are informed by data, and manual effort per order has been reduced by 66%. It also says it ran an entire data warehouse solution for roughly €100 a month in its first year.
