Matillion helped Chaos centralize data from multiple sources into Snowflake. About 80% of the data warehouse is now structured as views, which keeps data current and allows faster adjustments for different business needs. As a result, Chaos enabled self-service BI for multiple departments, improved KPI reporting across sales, marketing, finance and customer success, and gained more accurate insight into discount rates and the financial performance of a new offering.
