With reps managing large books of business, the process of pulling data from multiple tools, coordinating custom data requests, and building slides was too time-intensive to scale without adding headcount.

To solve this, Bazaarvoice implemented Matik to automate data-driven business review presentations. Matik made it easier for CSMs to query data and update decks with minimal training, helping Bazaarvoice deliver business reviews to 216 more accounts and increase quarterly business reviews per CSM from 9.7 to 12.9, a 33% gain. The team also saved 6.6 hours per rep each week, and customers who received a business review saw a 32.8% higher renewal rate; overall, Bazaarvoice increased renewal rate by 22% by reaching accounts that previously weren’t getting reviews.
