Glassdoor, the worldwide leader in workplace insights, needed a faster way to create the data-driven presentations it used to support employers and strengthen customer relationships. Its Insights team was spending weeks coordinating reports and pulling data manually, and even outsourcing the work to contractors still left the process slow and resource-intensive. To streamline this workflow and bring insights to sales and customer success teams, Glassdoor turned to Matik, a data-driven presentation software.

With Matik, Glassdoor onboarded 19 presentation templates and automated the creation of its highly data-heavy Business Review decks, eliminating the need for analysts to manually run 153 queries per deck. Matik helped reduce analyst time from more than 2 minutes per query to under 30 seconds, saving over 10,000 hours in a year, or about 190 hours per week. The company also produced over 600,000 data insights and delivered 16,000 presentations to more than 4,000 customers, significantly increasing the impact of its Insights team.
