HL Klemove Improves Code Quality for Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems with Polyspace Bug Finder

HL Klemove, an automotive supplier developing advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving software, needed to improve code quality, meet OEM secure-coding requirements, and catch defects earlier in the development lifecycle. With MathWorks products such as Polyspace Bug Finder and Polyspace Access, the company aimed to replace manual reviews and standalone tools that were too slow and difficult to integrate into CI/CD workflows.

MathWorks helped HL Klemove integrate Polyspace Bug Finder Server into its Bamboo CI/CD pipeline and connect results to Polyspace Access and JIRA for collaborative review and tracking. The solution automated static code analysis across development, helping HL Klemove detect run-time errors, concurrency issues, and MISRA/CERT C violations earlier, reduce source code verification time by up to 80%, cut report generation from one hour to 10 minutes or less, and satisfy OEM coding standards requirements.
