Aerzen Digital Systems, a provider of software and automation services for the industrial sector, needed a scalable way to monitor critical industrial complexes more effectively and support predictive maintenance. Working with MathWorks, the company built a cloud-based AI solution using MATLAB Production Server, along with Deep Learning Toolbox and MATLAB Compiler, to process data from PLCs, customer databases, and other sources across cloud and edge environments.

With MathWorks, Aerzen Digital Systems implemented a layered machine learning pipeline on Kubernetes in Azure that automatically checks whether models are current, retrains them when needed, and delivers visualization and dashboard functionality for operations teams. The solution enabled real-time anomaly detection for early issue identification, improved efficiency through machine state classification, and supported rapid deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining at scale as part of a DevOps workflow.
